Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped through reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes, or Deutsche Post. The estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
European Union: 5–10 business days
Outside the European Union: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment.
Displayed shipping fees include applicable value-added tax (VAT), where required by law.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Transfer of Risk and Responsibility
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer only upon actual delivery. Until that time, responsibility remains with Ghost Kicks or the shipping provider.

All shipments are sent with a tracking number. The tracking code will be provided to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

In cases of force majeure, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, customs delays, or pandemics, delivery times may be affected. In such cases, we will proactively inform you about the current status of your shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Legal Notice
Shipping costs and delivery conditions are clearly displayed before the contract is concluded. For deliveries outside the EU, additional local import charges may apply that cannot be predicted at checkout and must be borne by the recipient.
