Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Ghost Kicks

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store Ghost Kicks (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Store”), operated on the Shopify platform. By accessing our Store and placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Online Store and Eligibility

By using our Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Any misuse of the Store, including payment fraud, security violations, abuse of discount codes, or exploitation of technical errors, may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of orders.

All prices are displayed in the indicated currency and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, discontinue products, or limit available quantities without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions are created with great care. However, slight variations in color, size, or materials may occur.

1. Orders and Payments

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, or misuse of promotional codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or customs issues, are beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

1. Withdrawal and Returns
